Directions
Going South on I-5:
Take the 1-405 exit to Renton. Take the second exit, SR-167 northbound to Renton. Take a right onto Grady Way and a right into the parking lot between the Holiday Inn and the Renton Cinemas. At the end of the parking lot, you'll be facing the Evergreen Building, 15 South Grady Way. Come to the third floor, Suite 300.
Going North on 1-5:
Take the I-405 exit to Renton, then follow the directions above.
Going South on I-405:
Take the Renton-Rainier Ave. exit and follow the curve to the north. Take a right on Grady Way and a right into the parking lot between the Holiday Inn and the Renton Cinemas. At the end of the parking lot, you'll be facing the Evergreen Building, 15 South Grady Way. Come to the third floor, Suite 300.
