Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. Welcomes Douglas Weinmaster

By Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. on August 18, 2015

Washington Attorney Douglas WeinmasterDouglas T. Weinmaster has been representing people with personal injury claims for nearly two decades in the state of Washington. After finishing his legal studies at Gonzaga University School of Law, Doug worked for a major insurance company for several years. Having learned how the insurance industry handles personal injury claims in the courts, Doug then joined a prestigious Seattle-based law firm where he successfully represented hundreds of serious personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims. In his time practicing law, Doug has established himself as a skilled injury attorney. Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. is glad to welcome him to our legal team.

We’re not the only ones who’ve recognized Doug’s talents. In 2006, Doug was recognized as a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers Magazine. He held that title for three straight years. The magazine named him a “Super Lawyer” in 2013, an honor he’s received every year since then. Doug was also featured in 2012’s edition of Best Lawyers, one of the most important ratings guides in the legal industry. All of these awards are voted on by other lawyers. That’s the sign of a good attorney.

What’s another sign of a good attorney? Doug shares his expert knowledge outside the courtroom, too. He’s written many articles for the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association,  taught other lawyers in legal education courses with the National Business Institute; Washington State Bar Association, and the Washington State Association for Justice, where he also served on the Board of Governors and as Chairman for the Seattle Lawyers Roundtable group.

Doug Weinmaster has done a lot of good for many people affected by personal injury in Washington. Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. is proud to announce that he’ll be doing it for our firm from now on. To discuss your personal injury and what steps you should take to get the financial help you need to get better, contact us today at (888) 228-3860.
