Say Hello to the Finalists of the 2020 Make Your Mark Scholarship

Ever since we announced the 2020 Make Your Mark Scholarship, our team at Hardwick & Pendergast, P.S. received over 1274 applications from both Washington state students and applicants from across the United States. We were delighted at the warm response and excited to read your essays. After a lengthy deliberation, we have selected 10 finalists.
Please join us in congratulating the Washington finalists:
And without further ado, congratulations to our national finalists:
These outstanding students crafted captivating essays that stood above the rest and truly left their mark on us. We were impressed by how you interpreted the prompt and the personalized essays you shared with us.
Now begins the arduous process of choosing one Washington student and one national student to each receive a $500 award and join the ranks of previous winners. On July 1, 2020, we will award two exceptional students for their diligence and fortitude. Keep an eye on our blog and Facebook page for further updates and announcements.
To everyone else who applied, thank you! Choosing only a handful of finalists was a difficult task when selecting from a multitude of inspiring minds. We truly cannot wait to see how you all leave your marks on the world.
